Domestic U.S. Shipping Policy (We ship Domestic Only)

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We currently partner with FedEx and USPS. We feel that these are the most reliable global carriers in the marketplace to bring our customers the best offers.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All purchased products on GaylaWestArt.com come with free shipping.The average USA delivery times: 5-8 business days.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active with 24-48 hours.

 

All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out, as well as on your profile dashboard. Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed at our facility - keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24-48 hours after a label has been printed. If it has been more than 48 hours since you received a shipping notification and the tracking still reflects no action or movement, contact us at Gayla@GaylaWestArt.com

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

GaylaWestArt.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

GaylaWestArt.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save and take photos of all packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
